C. Allen Nichols, MLS, MBA, is the CEO/Executive Director of Ohio Notary Services in Akron.  Mr. Nichols will give a thorough overview of 2025 notary law updates. Ohio Notary Services is the only entity authorized to provide education and testing for remote online notary (RON) authorization in Ohio. Ohio Notary Services partners with the Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dayton, and the Toledo bar associations as well as the Ohio State Bar Association.
