Wellness Club - Hatha Yoga

The Cincinnati Paralegal Association - Wellness Club will be participating in it's first outing, Hatha Yoga with Stacy!
Stacy has taught yoga in various downtown offices like Strauss Troy, where I (Jackie) have taken her class for over 8 years. Summit Park hosts an invigorating lineup of free fitness classes. This program is designed for multiple levels of athletic experience. The Cincinnati Opera will be preforming during the yoga practice. There will be moments scheduled into the program to sit in child's pose and listen! I hope to see a lot of you there!
